Delivery, refund and voucher policy

The 72-hour window

A completed combined report, including a genuine No Records Found result, is due within 72 elapsed hours of confirmed payment or successful voucher redemption. Submission alone does not start the clock. Delivery means the encrypted report is available on your tracking page.

If we are late

For a crypto-funded package, staff manually refund the full crypto amount received on the original network, and the report is still delivered. Refunds are not instant or automatic.

Vouchers

A voucher must specifically list the package. It has no cash value, so a late voucher-funded report has no cash refund, but it is still delivered. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
