A completed report — including a No Records Found result — is due within 24 hours of confirmed payment. If we miss that window, staff manually refund the full crypto amount received to your supplied address on the original payment network, with refund network fees paid by us. Refunds are not instant or automatically transmitted. Your report will still be delivered.
Surveillance enquiries are excluded: they are priced by written quote, paid once upfront and delivered to the schedule agreed in the quote, with no guaranteed outcome or provider availability.
