01 · Scope
What we do, and what we decline.
We do
- Manually researched lookups for New Zealand people, companies, addresses, vehicles, email, phone and PPSR, at flat NZD prices.
- Custom research by free written quote, with scope and total price stated before any payment.
- Coordination of lawful surveillance enquiries with external private-investigation firms, by quote.
- Encrypted request intake, two-way encrypted messages and encrypted report delivery to a tracking page.
We do not
- Claim access to restricted government registries or direct registry integrations.
- Accept requests for prohibited purposes. Our terms and surveillance page explain the limits.
- Perform surveillance ourselves, fit tracking devices, intercept phones or access accounts.
- Require customer accounts. There is no customer sign-in; you hold your own recovery file.
02 · Why it is built this way
Sensitive requests deserve careful handling.
A skip tracing request can name a person, an address, a vehicle and a reason. That is worth protecting in transit and at rest. So request details are encrypted in your browser before upload, and reports come back encrypted to a key that only your recovery file holds.
That design has real costs, and we would rather state them than hide them: our staff must decrypt your request to do the work, and if you lose your recovery file we cannot rebuild it. The Privacy-first page walks through every protection and every limit.
03 · Working with us
What you can expect from a first request.

Prices before submission
Standard lookups show a flat NZD price. Custom work and surveillance are quoted in writing first, free.
- 02
A stated delivery window
Standard and custom lookups are due within 24 hours of confirmed payment, or the crypto received is refunded manually and the report is still delivered. Surveillance runs to the quoted schedule.
- 03
No Records Found is honest
Sometimes lawful sources hold nothing useful. We report that plainly rather than pad a result.
- 04
Screening, every time
We may ask why you need information, and we may refuse. That applies to surveillance especially.
Questions before you send anything
Email us. Never include your recovery file, private key or voucher PIN in an email — email sits outside the encrypted request workflow.
